JOHN’S TESTIMONY  John tells his story and illustrates the power of God to communicate with us, and change him from the inside out. He recounts a devastating loss in his life, and confronts dramatic changes. He is shocked by his own reactions. This video could be part of the presentation aspect of John’s Personal Prayer Project. This portrait of John illustrates his old nature, in the lower right corner. Its diminished size tells us that his old nature is lessening, while his new nature is represented by the full size portrait. John’s priorities are spelled out in white letters. His musical giftedness is seen in the overhead guitar, which symbolizes God’s music and lyrics flowing through John. He is God’s instrument of worship. K&E PRAYER SONG







Kaili and Elliott collaborate to create a music CD of songs that center on heart-felt prayer.   They use their God-given talents and take their experience to the next level by performing in a real-work recording studio.  Their CD is reproducible, making their work available to multitudes of people.  What a great way to reach out and bless the body of Christ. 

 
HEARING THE CALL TO LOVE  Immersed in another culture, on the other side of our planet, Tim ponders the meaning of life. When language barriers hinder dialoging about the simplest things, we default to the language of love and say the most important things. Compassion compels us in so many ways to express love speaks with acts of kindness and sacrifices from hearts that care. FAITH - THE REALITIES

  Being strong in faith to begin with, Mike and Kelly dig deeper to discover greater treasures of faith.  “Without faith it’s impossible to please God.”  What a great truth and pivotal topic, crucial in our everyday walk!   Having discovered deeper truths, they motivate fellow students with their fresh fire.  Enjoy a sampling of their Power Point slides that correspond to their class presentation. 


The simplicity of the PPT process of creating visual aids permits more time to focus on developing a powerful message.

John builds a three minute slide show-video that hooks our curiosity.  He reels us in with famous quotes that make us wonder where he’s going.   He then unfolds his direction near the end of his video, and completes his message with heartfelt passion and truth.  John challenges us as he hits a few nerves of contemporary ideologies. 

 
PRAYING SELFLESSLY  Ethan leads the charge to pray selflessly. He ventures to get real before God as he looks at his own heart desires reflected in egocentric prayers. He shows us our hearts as well. His choice of ugly images of poverty pose a harsh contrast to first-world glitz and glamour. FAITH - A LIFE-LONG MANNER OF LIVING Get firsthand testimony of Alexa’s family. Their lives shout a vibrant message of walking-out a deep rooted faith and dependency on the Lord. WORSHIP  David is a musician and he uses his giftedness to lead others into worship. This short video served as a visual appetizer at the beginning of Prayer Project on worship. David actually enjoyed a special touch of God on his life as he present this truth in class, so much so that he did another study delving deeper into God Word and truth about worship. SMOKING - WHAT’S THE COST?





This one minute and seventeen second video-hook by Q powerfully dries home the relational consequences of abusing our bodies with smoking.  This well done video is a great springboard for many related topics of caring for our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit, and how the choices we make in life have a tremendous ripple effect in the lives of those who love us.
